Dear IAM members,
The final step of the 2024 IAM Board Election is rapidly approaching – the voting. Before this can be done, it’s of course important to once again clarify who is eligible to vote. The election rules state the following for this:
To be eligible to vote for the IAM Board, you must:
- be a member of IAM
- be at least 15 years old as of 30 March 2024
- have been an active member of the memory community
We have went through our membership register, and you should all have received an email from iam.election.2024@gmail.com with what we have deemed your voting eligibility status to be (please also check your spam-folder if you haven’t seen it yet). If you believe we have made a mistake with your voting eligibility, please send an email to iam.election.2024@gmail.com as soon as possible and explain in detail why you think so. Please understand that the last criteria is very hard for us in the election committee to keep track of, so the more detail you can provide us, the faster we can resolve your issue.
All members who are eligible to vote, should receive an email from Helios Voting closer to the voting period (24 – 30 March) with exact instructions on how to cast your vote.
For a more detailed description of how the voting round will go, see the original board election announcement post: https://www.iam-memory.org/2024/02/2024-iam-board-election/
Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
Thank you.
The Election Committee
